Job type: Full-time employee
Here, no one wears suits, ties, or shirts. We don't follow senseless standards!
The environment is informal and relaxed, full of "real people." But don't be mistaken, it's not easy; the work is serious: we do a lot (a lot!), and because of that, we learn and evolve faster.
We aim to create real value for society, and for that, we are changing the way people stock their homes while making the distribution chain more efficient.
We are looking for a Mid-Level Logistics Operations Analyst to work flexibly within the team, with the possibility of being assigned to different areas, such as financial closing of transport companies or managing deliveries focused on delays and performance.
This person will be responsible for analyzing operational data, ensuring process quality, and supporting decisions that directly impact logistical efficiency. We seek someone with experience in transportation and logistics, strong analytical thinking, and ease with spreadsheets and communication with partners.
What are the responsibilities of the role? (May vary depending on the assignment)
Managing Delays / Delivery Performance
Requirements:
Step 3: We want to get to know you better!
Step 4: We want you to learn about our area!
We are a startup that has saved over R$30 million for thousands of Brazilians and doubles in size every 3 months since its founding in 2015. In 2021, we raised about R$300 million in two investment rounds with notable investors like José Galló (former CEO of Renner), GIC, Ariel Lambrecht (founder of 99 and Yellow), Minerva Foods, among others.
We believe that a better country is made of more efficient companies and people swapping old habits for smarter choices. We work towards this. Our vision is a better country, applied to the sector that reaches all Brazilians: the essential consumer products sector, also known as the "supermarket sector."
But forget the name: "supermarket." We are more than that. We are a replenishment system.
And we want to be the biggest and best replenishment system in Brazil. That is our dream.
"A world where essential products reach your home as easily as water flows from the tap"
Would you like to join us in this dream?
