We are looking for a Mid-Level Logistics Operations Analyst to work flexibly within the team, with the possibility of being assigned to different areas, such as financial closing of transport companies or managing deliveries focused on delays and performance.

This person will be responsible for analyzing operational data, ensuring process quality, and supporting decisions that directly impact logistical efficiency. We seek someone with experience in transportation and logistics, strong analytical thinking, and ease with spreadsheets and communication with partners.

What are the responsibilities of the role? (May vary depending on the assignment)

1. Consolidate operational information (routes, deliveries, tolls, discounts, km) into control spreadsheets;
2. Validate and send closures to transport companies clearly and on time;
3. Check invoices, delivery proofs, and operational parameters;
4. Address partner inquiries and identify cost reduction opportunities.

Managing Delays / Delivery Performance

1. Monitor logistical dashboards and identify routes with failures or delays;
2. Analyze root causes of delays and propose solutions with operational teams and transporters;
3. Produce performance reports and provide visibility to involved teams;
4. Interact with drivers, partners, and internal areas for operational corrections and adjustments.

Requirements:

• Experience with logistics, transportation, deliveries, or logistics operators;
• Strong analytical skills and data organization;
• Basic to intermediate Excel knowledge (filters, formulas, data organization);
• Good communication skills for interacting with different areas and external partners;
• Position based 100% in Osasco/SP.
