Job Description

Provide technical support to users and maintain technological infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities

1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on access control assets and CFTV systems;
2. Conduct daily checks of assets and inventory;
3. Install and configure IP cameras;
4. Install and configure DVR, NVR, and monitoring software;
5. Install and configure access controllers;
6. Install and configure turnstiles;
7. Install infrastructure for Ethernet cabling (CAT6) and fiber optics;
8. Perform fiber optic splicing;
9. Configure Cisco and HP switches;
10. Close service tickets on the platform;
11. Maintain computers;
12. Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Requirements and Skills

Technical or higher education in Information Technology.

Professional Experience:

• Technical course in IT;
• Intermediate knowledge of network protocols (IPv4);
• Knowledge of Windows Server;
• Basic knowledge of Cisco and HP switch configurations;
• Advanced knowledge of ZABBIX.
