Job description

Main responsibilities
  • Monitor the performance of digital products, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement;
  • Create and update product and category showcases, focusing on conversion and alignment with commercial strategy;
  • Study and implement navigation improvements based on data and UX/UI best practices;
  • Serve as the technical focal point with platforms and suppliers, supporting the implementation of improvements and bug fixes;
  • Operationalize and oversee work with external suppliers, defining efficient workflows and ensuring the delivery of new functionalities;
  • Lead projects for platform migration or new feature implementation.
Requirements and skills
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in the field
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, preferably Shopify
  • Experience with CRM, customer service, and omnichannel platforms
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Experience in fashion is a plus
