We are seeking an Analista to work in Performance and Development, focusing on strategic initiatives for growth and talent development.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Diagnosing training needs and developing internal solutions for leaders and teams.
  2. Implementing and monitoring organizational climate programs and workplace improvements.
  3. Managing performance evaluations, goals, and schedules.
  4. Defining and analyzing performance indicators.
  5. Managing e-learning platforms and HR systems.
  6. Performing related activities as requested by management.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Administration, HR Management, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Knowledge in training needs assessment (LNT); understanding of performance evaluation models (9Box, 360° feedback, self-assessment); familiarity with corporate learning methodologies; organizational and planning skills for internal programs.
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
