Job description

For this to happen, our customer service team must be committed to this challenge. The "encantador" (charming agent) will be key to good service and customer loyalty. We seek people with determination and a desire to offer a quality experience, with understanding, care, and attention.

Main responsibilities

The customer service team works directly with clients. We are "encantadores" (charming agents), and our mission is to keep the customer as close as if they were talking to a long-time friend. This is our ideal; we are here to assist with the monthly re-stocking, which can be heavy and challenging (queues, lol).

  • Providing support via chat, WhatsApp, phone, and email;
  • Communicating effectively (orally and in writing), being didactic and patient when explaining and listening;
  • Showing empathy, always putting yourself in the customer's shoes—after all, isn't being heard the best?
  • Striving to reduce the customer's wait time for resolving questions or problems.
Requirements and skills

More important than experience or formal education, we value the willingness to work and learn!

Therefore, we find a wide variety of courses within the same field; we do not have a specific age range or experience level in mind. What matters is not necessarily professional experience but how your experience with customer relationships connects with your dreams and life purpose.
