Qualificações

Responsabilidades

  • Monitorar e apoiar a gestão do portfólio de vendas e pedidos no ERP.
  • Preparar relatórios de desempenho comercial, projeções de vendas e análises de mercado.
  • Apoiar a equipe comercial com demandas operacionais e condições comerciais.

Job type: Full-time employee

Assist the sales team in the fertilizers segment with routines and processes, ensuring organized information, quick responses to demands, and contributing to the execution of commercial strategies.

We are an agribusiness company founded nearly 50 years ago. We support farmers throughout all stages of their production, from planting to harvesting, with grain storage units, stores for agricultural inputs, and financial solutions for agribusiness. Our presence is mainly in Southern Brazil. At Agrofel, each day writes a new page where creativity and determination come together to cultivate new solutions for rural producers.

  • Monitor and support sales portfolio management and orders in ERP (Dynamics);
  • Track deadlines, deliveries, and product availability;
  • Prepare commercial performance reports, sales projections, and market analysis;
  • Monitor KPIs and commercial performance;
  • Support the commercial team (specialists, coordinators, CTVs, leaders, and regional managers) with operational demands;
  • Assist in pricing, campaigns, and commercial policies;
  • Support order registration, contracts, and commercial conditions;
  • Address questions from branches about products, campaigns, etc., as needed;
  • Prepare presentations and materials for meetings;
  • Coordinate with internal areas (e.g., logistics, planning, finance) to support information flow;
  • Organize and keep updated the commercial databases and information.

Qualifications:

  • Technical degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or ongoing higher education;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and BI tools (e.g., Power BI);
  • Basic knowledge of commercial routines;
  • Previous knowledge of fertilizers (desirable);
  • Data analysis skills and good communication.
