Job Details

Under general supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor, Operations Manager, responsible for supporting the packaging preparation process with temperature control and material inventory management

Responsibilities

• Follow the Jobs awaiting packaging assembly through the TMS report
• Carry out procedures for writing off packages and data loggers, used to meet the Jobs, trought the X-Act system
• Carry out procedures for Inbound of GTCs, Cocoons, Vip Tainers & Dry Shippers and data loggers, trought the X-Act system, for offering inventory visibility and update.
• Inventory management of ship units through the Cubbix system, as well as weekly update of the PCMs inventory, through the same system.
• Carry out the put away and internal movements, for World Courier and Non World Courier packages, by the electronic Fork Lift, as well as request the preventive maintenance close with the responsible partner
• Carry out as per SOP WI-BRA-CORP-E001, clycle counting for packages and others materials in general, as well as to order new purchase of them for stock replacement.
• Follow the orders for Revalidation process, that is PCMs replacement for package such as GTC, Cocoon, VIP, for ensure the qualification time maintenance.
• Carry out the PMCs replacement for GRU and VIP airport as per SOP WI-BRA-OPS-E018
• Follow the Dry Ice stock level, as well as order the replacement for vendors when necessary
• Follow and support the Liquid Nitrogen filling process for Dry Shippers equipments, as well as do the tasks in TMS, X-Act and EVO IS as per WI-BRA-OPS-CS004.
• Carry Out the TMS updating for the Jobs enrolled in reports for our area
• Be aligned with security rules of company, as well as using the IPEs needed for his roles
• Carry out the training enrolled as per Learning Portal web page.
• Be available to work overtime, when necessary, to carry out activities that cannot be performed during normal working hours or forecast at certain periods.
  
  

Education

Requires basic computer and office knowledge. Notions in logistics operations routines, such as Inbound, Outbound and reverse logistics. Have at least 1 year experience in cold chain operations.

Fully high school and university will be a differential, good written and communication skills

Skills & Knowledge

• Get the full local language to follow the instructions
• Be able to develop good relationships with his co-workers
• Be able to use common sense for execution instructions details
• Excellent interpersonal relationships. Be able to take initiatives and responsibilities. Be tidy and organized.
