You are the go-to expert for tools, processes, and data quality in the P&C Treaty space, collaborating with underwriters and cross-functional teams to deliver excellence. As a Senior P&C Treaty Underwriting Coordinator, you will act as a subject matter expert (SME) in service business tools, good knowledge of UW tools, data governance, and operational processes for the Property & Casualty Treaty business. You will bridge the gap between operational execution and strategic leadership, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and innovation in underwriting support.
You could mentor junior coordinators, lead process improvement initiatives, and partner with underwriters to enable accurate and timely deal execution. Your role is critical in ensuring data integrity, system optimization, and alignment with global standards.
You will be part of the Reinsurance Business Operations team, supporting the LATAM P&C Treaty Underwriting unit. Our team spans multiple geographies (Mexico, Brazil, Andina region, South Cone, Central America, Caribbean) and works closely with global colleagues to deliver operational excellence, innovation and provides a high level of service to our clients. The role will report to the Business Services Team Leader responsible for this department.
