Outpatient Licensed Therapist / Mental Health Professional / Part Time

Join our team at RHA Health Services, LLC as an Outpatient Licensed Therapist / Mental Health Professional / Part Time.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Fee for Service Mental Health Professional Licensed Clinical Therapist for our outpatient program in Bethlehem, PA, primarily working within schools of the Catasauqua Area School District. The role involves providing individual and group therapy to children and their families to improve mental health outcomes.

Details

• Type: Regular, Part-time
• Hourly Rate: $32-$34

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology or related field with field placement
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Pennsylvania
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy in outpatient settings, including schools
• Work with children’s behavioral health issues in outpatient or similar care levels
• Ensure compliance with CASSP principles, cultural competence, and state regulations
• Communicate with families, schools, and other providers to ensure quality care
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and documentation timely
• Participate in staff training, audits, and credentialing processes
