ORTH, an AI agronomist built by Aydi Technologies, is seeking a Lead Agronomist for Customer Success in Brazil. You will own value realization for enterprise accounts, leading onboarding, defining workflows, and training teams across fields, crops, and operations.

Qualificações

• Ideal candidates have agronomic training and field experience in Brazil.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing, outcome-focused role (consulting, technical sales support, implementation or customer success).
• Ability to run multiple customer-facing projects and timelines simultaneously.
• Fluent Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead onboarding for new enterprise accounts and pilots in Brazil, including setup and success criteria.
• Define and configure workflows for operations such as irrigation, pest/disease warnings, and export compliance.
• Train agronomists, field scouts, farm managers and executives in the field and on the platform in Portuguese.
• Serve as primary daily contact, build champions, and keep executive sponsors informed.
• Track adoption and outcomes, and act early on risk; document value changes for renewals and expansions.
• Coordinate renewal and expansion targets with Enterprise AE and identify future farms and teams.
• Provide voice of the customer to solution engineers for quick resolution and learning.
• Create repeatable playbooks for the customer success team and assist in pre-sale support with agronomic depth.

ORTH is an AI agronomist built by Aydi Technologies. It knows a grower's fields, soil, crops and weather, answers agronomic questions in seconds, sends early risk alerts days before problems show in the field, and keeps export compliance (PHI, MRL) in view. More than 300,000 growers use it since its launch in 2025, and enterprise agribusinesses run it across their operations through ORTH Teams and the Enterprise plan.

Role Overview

As ORTH Lead Agronomist, Customer Success for Brazil, you own value realization for enterprise accounts in your territory. When a pilot or enterprise agreement is signed, you take it from contract to daily use: fields and teams set up, use cases defined, users trained, value proven in the numbers the customer cares about. You act as a trusted agronomic peer to the customer's own agronomy and operations teams, and you work alongside the Enterprise AE, who owns the agreement and the executive relationship; together you decide where each account goes next.

You are an agronomist first. The customer needs to see a peer who happens to know the product deeply, not a software trainer.

What You'll Do

• Onboarding: Lead implementation for every new enterprise account and pilot in Brazil: farm and plot setup, data connections, roles and teams, and success criteria agreed with the customer.
• Use cases: Define and configure the workflows each operation needs most: irrigation decisions, pest and disease early warning, input planning, harvest timing and export compliance, across large-scale row crops, fruit and coffee.
• Training and enablement: Train agronomists, field scouts, farm managers and executives, in the field and on the platform, in Portuguese.
• Relationships: Act as primary day to day contact, build champions inside the agronomy team, and keep executive sponsors informed.
• Success metrics: Agree adoption and outcome targets with each customer, track them through the season, and act early on risk.
• Value story: Document what changed because of ORTH, in yield, cost, risk avoided or time saved. Renewals and expansions are built on this.
• Expansion and renewal: Share the renewal and expansion target with the Enterprise AE. You know which farms, crops and teams should come next and why.
• Voice of the customer: Feed what growers ask for, and what they do not trust, to our solution engineers for quick resolution and learning.
• Playbooks: Turn your implementations into repeatable material the rest of the customer success team can use.
• Pre-sale support: Bring agronomic depth to pilots and demos where it is needed to win.

What You Have

Ideal candidates can demonstrate comfort and experience with the following:

• Agronomic training and hands-on field experience with growers in Brazil. You understand Brazil's agronomic landscape, regions, seasons and crops.
• Agronomic training or a related degree, or the equivalent built through work.
• 3+ years in a customer-owning role: agronomic consulting, technical sales support, implementation or customer success, where you were responsible for a customer getting results.
• Managing several customer-facing projects and timelines at once.
• Running in-person sessions with everyone from a field scout to a CEO.
• Mapping an organization and influencing stakeholders across agronomy, operations and finance.
• Driving adoption and outcome metrics for customers.Sharing a renewal and expansion target.
• Curiosity about AI and comfort with software. You do not need to code. You need to learn a product deeply, explain it clearly and know its limits.
• A strong point of view and proactive self-management in a fast-changing environment.
• Working cross-functionally with Sales and solution engineers.
• Fluent Portuguese and English. Spanish is an advantage for working with the wider ORTH team.
• Comfort with frequent travel across the territory and real time on farms.
• People want to work with you. Direct, reliable, easy to trust on the farm and in the office.
