This role involves detailed analysis of projects and technical specifications to determine the scope of the budget, as well as the collection of quantities of materials, labor, and equipment needed. The candidate will also be responsible for sourcing prices from suppliers, preparing budget spreadsheets covering direct, indirect costs, and contingencies, and analyzing project viability and cost reduction opportunities. Additionally, the role includes monitoring project progress, analyzing cost variations, and participating in meetings with clients and suppliers.

Responsibilities:

1. Elaborate detailed project budgets based on technical specifications.
2. Gather quantities of materials, labor, and equipment needed.
3. Source and negotiate prices with suppliers.
4. Prepare comprehensive budget spreadsheets including contingencies.
5. Assess project feasibility and identify cost-saving opportunities.
6. Monitor project progress and control costs, making adjustments as necessary.
7. Manage technical documentation related to budgets.
8. Participate in meetings with clients, suppliers, and project teams.

Requirements:
