Job Title: Oral Care Consultant

Job Summary
The consultant will be responsible for influencing and building long-term relationships with dentists, ensuring effective recommendation and prescription of Colgate products by dental professionals, as well as the use of Colgate products in the dental practice.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. Visit dentists to provide technical and scientific advertising, detailing and sampling hygiene products and the professional line.
2. Conduct research, analysis and reports in your dentist database.
3. Directly responsible for sales of personalized and electric toothbrushes, and the professional product line in the office.
4. Establish relationships with dentists in your database and develop long-term partnerships.
5. Increase demand generation for Colgate products in pharmacies where we have dentists visited by the consultant.
6. Monitor and develop strategies to achieve professional prescription rates for dentists in your database and indicate pharmacy discount coupons in partner networks.
7. Visit pharmacies to boost sales of Colgate products that are underperforming.
8. Monitor and develop strategies that help achieve direct sales goals.
9. Monitor and develop strategies to achieve visit goals.
10. Active participation in the transformation of the area with planning, Analytics and Business Mindset.

Requirements:

Education:
- Higher education in Marketing, Administration, Advertising or Dentistry.

Experience:
- Experience in the commercial area with a focus on sales, customer service and demand generation/product prescription is desirable.
- Experience with commercial activities with the dental profession is desirable.
- Experience in preparing business plans, professional presentations and client management is desirable.

Skills:
- Intermediate knowledge of Office Suite and Google tools (knowledge of Excel and Google sheets is mandatory).
- Basic or intermediate English.

Others:
- Resident in the city of Praia Grande.
- Own a car and a valid driver's license.

Travel Requirements:
25% of the territory in travel.
