Qualificações

We seek an Oracle Functional with HCM Experience - Senior Level, who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

1. Fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate)
2. Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementation and optimization or similar software products as a Functional consultant.
3. Extensive experience working with Oracle Fusion HCM & third-party payroll system, including implementation, configuration, optimization and support.
4. In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Core HR, Benefits, Absences, Compensation, Recruiting, Goal Management.
5. Experience with data migration, integration tools, reporting, and analytics within Oracle Fusion HCM.
6. Experience leading cross-functional teams in HCM projects.
7. Experience in training end-users and providing support for Oracle Fusion HCM & Payroll systems.
8. Knowledge of application integration on public cloud, using Oracle Integration cloud or SOA is desirable.
9. Oracle Cloud HCM certification is highly preferred.
