As an Oracle Cloud Technical Architect, you will be responsible for leading the technical architecture and ensuring the overall quality of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions. You will serve as the primary technical liaison between functional teams, client IT stakeholders, and delivery teams, driving design decisions, development standards, and successful solution delivery across complex, multi-pillar implementations.

This role requires deep expertise in Oracle Cloud technologies, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-aligned solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the RICE (reporting, integrations, conversions, extensions) workflow management inclusive of review & approval cycles.
• Delegates tasks & manages timeline of activities related to spec writing, internal reviews, client spec approvals, dev initiation, internal testing, CRP testing, migration & cutover.
• Drives and supports dependency management and issue resolution across Peloton functional & tech teams, and Client business & IT.
• Assists in creating and maintaining the project plan for RICE deliverables & RICE tracker.
• Collaboration with other cross-functional teams to enhance products and services offered to our customers

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, MIS, or equivalent and 5+ years of experience in large-scale multi-pillar implementations
• Must have exposure to Oracle Implementation programs and have a sound understanding of the RICE workflow (Reporting, Integrations, Conversions, Extensions).
• Experience with delivering project status updates both internally and externally across an organization to multiple stakeholders.
• Previous experience managing RICE workflow, internal hands-offs, and client approval.
• Should have previous Project Management experience within Oracle Cloud implementation programs.
• Experience with JIRA or other ticketing systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of clients and team members.
