Videojet Do Brasil Comércio de Equipamentos Para Codificação Industrial Ltda. seeks an Oracle EBS R12 Financials Analyst in Brazil to own Brazil tax alignment and Order-to-Cash functionality within the EBS suite.

You will partner with global IT, business units, and external consultancies to diagnose, design, and implement tax and financial process improvements. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, end-to-end ownership of solutions, and ensuring compliance with local and global

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Portuguese required to collaborate with US, India, and global teams.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 Financials and O2C processes.
• Strong knowledge of Brazil-specific tax requirements (NFe, SPED) within Oracle and related systems.
• Experience with configuration, testing, production support, and end-to-end issue ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own support and enhancement tickets across Oracle EBS R12 Financials and Brazil tax systems, providing user guidance or driving fixes.
• Support Financials and O2C processes including OM, AR, Pricing and Tax Configuration, GL, SLA, and AP integrations.
• Translate business needs into Oracle functional solutions and coordinate with technical teams for implementation.

• Ensure configurations align with Brazilian fiscal requirements and global standards; lead training and change management.

Reporting to the Oracle Business Architect, the Oracle Business Analyst is responsible for supporting Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Financials and tax systems for Brazil, while contributing to Order to Cash (O2C) and Order Management needs as business demand requires. This hybrid role is located in São Paulo, Brazil, and offers the opportunity to own solutions from diagnosis through implementation and user adoption while helping keep Brazil tax solutions aligned with changing local requirements and global standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Own support and enhancement tickets across Oracle EBS R12 Financials and Brazil tax systems, providing user guidance and training or driving system fixes as needed.
• Support Financials and O2C processes—including OM, AR, Pricing and Tax Configuration, GL, SLA, and AP integrations—while applying an end-to-end understanding of the process flow.
• Analyze and document business processes and requirements, identify root causes, and translate business needs into practical Oracle functional solutions.
• Take end-to-end ownership of solutions, from functional design and configuration through technical-team coordination, testing, implementation, and user adoption.
• Coordinate external consultancies delivering enhancements and projects, including frequent upgrades to Brazil tax systems.
• Keep Oracle and related tax-system configurations aligned with Brazilian fiscal requirements and global standards while driving training, change management, and continuous improvement.
• Act as functional lead for Oracle R12 modules supporting the Order to Cash process, including Order Management (OM), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Pricing and Tax Configuration.
• Provide support for Oracle Financials modules, such as General Ledger (GL), Subledger Accounting (SLA), and Accounts Payable (AP) as related to O2C integrations.
• Analyze and document business processes and requirements.
• Translate business needs into Oracle functional solutions, collaborating with technical teams for implementation.
• Support issue resolution, enhancements, upgrades, and testing cycles.
• Ensure Oracle configurations align with local Brazilian fiscal requirements and global business standards.
• Facilitate training and change management initiatives across functional areas.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Oracle EBS R12 Financials and working knowledge of O2C processes and related module integrations.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Brazil-specific business and tax requirements within Oracle and related tax systems, including NFe and SPED localization concepts.
• Hands‑on experience with system configuration, testing, production support, user guidance, and ownership of issues or enhancements through implementation.
• Fluent English and fluent Portuguese, with the ability to work effectively with US-based leaders, India-based development teams, and English-language documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–6 years of hands‑on experience with Oracle EBS R12, focused on O2C and Financials modules.
• Strong understanding of Brazil‑specific business and tax requirements within Oracle.
• Experience with system configuration, testing, and user support.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency; fluent Portuguese.

• Experience in multinational or shared service center environments.
• Knowledge of Oracle localization for Brazil (NFe and SPED reporting).
• Familiarity with Oracle support processes (Service Requests, patches).
• Exposure to RPA, integrations, or automation tools.
