Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Production Operator.

The Production Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining assigned machine/s, covering activities from start-up to shutdown, in compliance with standard operating procedures and respective work instructions.

What are the Roles and Responsibilities?

• Reporting under the Production Supervisor, the Production Operator implements practices, systems, and action items relevant to occupational safety, quality, and maintenance of the unit operations and processes.
• The Production Operator conducts a quality check of the product & the processes, implements cost & process improvements, and participates in preventive maintenance of the machine/s.

What are the Qualifications?

• Graduate of technical/vocational, engineering, or engineering-related courses, Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering;
• With or without experience, experience in food and beverage manufacturing is an advantage;
• Familiarity with relevant management systems in the food industry, including but not limited to EHS Management Systems, Good Manufacturing Practices, ISO 9001:2015 (QMS), HACCP, HALAL, and FSSC, is an advantage;
• With considerably significant communication and administrative skills (proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel);
• Has a good team player, customer-centric, and innovative work attitude.
