We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operative Purchase professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the lifecycle of business opportunities, ensuring end-to-end satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. This role is essential in driving operational efficiency and customer responsiveness throughout the procurement process.

Job Description

• Opportunity Management :
• Manage and maintain customer opportunity pipelines, ensuring accuracy and timely updates across all touchpoints.
• Opportunity Allocation :
• Allocate daily customer opportunities to relevant teams or stakeholders, ensuring efficient handling and follow-up.
• Full-Chain Tracking :
• Monitor and follow business opportunities through the entire chain—from initial clarification to quotation, quality assurance, and fulfillment—to ensure smooth operations and resolution of issues.
• Customer Support :
• Respond to customer service queries related to procurement and operational processes, actively improving the overall user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Experience in procurement, supply chain operations, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• A proactive, customer-centric mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
