What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Oversee the execution of Team Member and Manager training within an assigned territory
  • Provide feedback on Team Member and Manager training materials
  • Facilitate training for New Shack Openings (NSOs) and execute quarterly focus training
  • Develop trainers to ensure area self-sufficiency for growth
  • Document Shack visits and provide feedback on training and operations to Area Directors and Management Teams
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Associate’s Degree or related work experience
  • 3-5 years of work experience in a relevant field
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience
  • 1+ years of experience facilitating training in a multi-unit hospitality environment
  • 2+ years of management experience in the hospitality industry

  • Strong knowledge of company standards and processes

  • Ability to lead a field-based team
  • Demonstrates ability to train and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs)
