A leading healthcare technology firm is seeking an Operations Lead to manage daily operations and provide analytical support for revenue cycle processes. This role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience and strong analytical skills. Key responsibilities include monitoring workflow and implementing improvements in performance metrics. As our Operations Lead, you will help in the management of daily operational processes for R1 medical group clients across several regions. The Operations Lead plays an intricate part in providing analytical expertise for the revenue cycle management process while identifying workflow issues and providing solutions. Every day you will, proactively monitor daily workflow and staff productivity while adhering to R1’s key revenue performance and quality metrics across multiple physician group systems, and may require some travel in the future based on business need to our various physician practice locations in our client site regions. To thrive in this role, you must possess proven experience in an analytical environment and evidence of organization skills .
Here’s what you will experience working as an Operations Lead:
Responsible for deployment/implementation activities for our physician revenue cycle clients.
Mitigates end-to-end revenue leakage through change management, lean process improvement, making recommendations for innovative software development, and advanced quantitative analysis on core financial metrics.
Coaches client staff and managers to improve workflow and operational performance.
Understands and communicates trends and required actions to improve key revenue metrics and performance to Director and client revenue cycle executive leadership
Required Skills:
Experience in an analytical environment and evidence of organization skills.
3+ years Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management Experience in medical group or physicians' practices.
Functional computer knowledge, including Excel spreadsheets, pivot tables and Microsoft Office products.
Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, or accounting, preferred
