We are looking for an outstanding Operations Data Analyst to join our fast-growing BI & Analytics team and drive expansion for the departments across Kaizen Gaming in the next phase of an exciting scale-up data journey. The role is mainly focused on topics relevant to Operations like Services & Trading.

As an Operations Data Analyst you will:

1. Collect data requirements based on upcoming business needs of the departments you will be working with, and subsequently review and validate the newly collected data along with Senior Business Intelligence Analysts.
2. Design and develop end-to-end data analytics through visualization of past trends and patterns, evaluating established key metrics.
3. Effectively communicate insights to stakeholders to help them make better-informed business decisions.
4. Participate in alignment & prioritization of data solutions/projects along with the Core BI team.
5. Contribute to establishing a strong data culture across the organization.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, mathematics, economics, operations research or similar.
2. Strong experience in a reporting, statistical or quantitative role.
3. Exceptional data storytelling skills and the ability to articulate technical information to a non-technical audience.
4. A data-driven attitude with an analytical focus and a good understanding of statistical methods.
5. The ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and identify opportunities with limited oversight.
6. The ability to manage stakeholders under pressure.
7. Strong SQL skills, highly advanced with MS-Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, macros) and Gsuite experience.
8. Relevant experience with Microsoft Power BI (or other dashboarding tool, such as Tableau) will be considered a plus.
9. Relevant experience with statistical software and techniques such as Python (Pandas and other libraries), Matlab or R will be considered a plus.
10. High drive, can-do attitude, proactive and flexible to changing business demands.
11. Analytical mindset and detail-oriented with ability to focus and prioritize workload.
12. Fluent in English.
