Operations Analyst

Role Summary:

We are looking for an organized and proactive Sales Operations Analyst to lead the onboarding process for new clients and advertisers at Kwai. You will work closely with sales, legal, and finance teams to ensure a smooth and efficient activation of contracts. Outsourced, empowered by IEST Services.

What is the scope of this role?

The Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for optimizing sales processes, providing analytical support, and managing sales tools to ensure that our sales organization meets its targets. This role requires a blend of proactive thinking, operational expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for direct and agency clients;
  • Liaise with legal and finance teams for contract approval and documentation;
  • Manage internal trackers and reports related to onboarding status;
  • Act as the bridge between internal teams and external clients to resolve blockers;
  • Support internal process improvements and standardization of onboarding steps.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or similar fields;
  • Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills;
  • Previous experience in digital advertising, agencies, or media companies is a plus;
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills;
  • English: Advanced or fluent (mandatory).
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong understanding and experience in working in a global sales team or with a global sales team
  • Familiarity with any Sales Force automation tool
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Ability to partner cross functionally throughout the company
  • Strong MS Excel and PPT skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English
  • Knowledge of business communication via emailing, presentations, conference meetings
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills
  • University Degree required
