Manuport Logistics is seeking an Operations Analyst for our Brazil office. The role involves handling ocean import/export shipments, monitoring end-to-end operations, and ensuring accurate invoicing and margin control.

You will coordinate with customers, vendors, and MPL offices worldwide and maintain clear communication through emails and calls. We value a candidate with at least five years in the freight forwarder industry, strong operational knowledge, and fluent English.

• Minimum five years experience in freight forwarder industry.
• Solid knowledge in daily operation activities.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Handle ocean import and export shipments from A to Z including margin control and invoicing.
• Monitor operational processes and follow up with customers, vendors, MPL offices and colleagues via email and phone.
• Communicate effectively with customers and partners in a high-volume, global environment.

Job Requirements

Handle and coordinate ocean import and export shipments. You are the key responsible to monitor operational processes and handle files from A to Z, including margin control and invoicing. You take care of the follow up with the customers on their shipments and manage customers complaints. As an Operation Analyst you have your own expertise to effectively communicate with customers, vendors, vendors, other MPL offices, and co-workers through a high volume of e-mails, phone calls and occasional face-to-face contact

Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated candidate who has minimum five years experience in freight forwarder industry. You have a solid knowledge in daily operation activities. Experience with liquids shipments is a plus. You deliver excellent service - towards customers and colleagues all over the world. You have a strong sense of urgency and can translate them in your daily activities. Together we will create the difference with other logistics suppliers. You are PC Literate and have strong written and verbal communication skills. You speak and write English fluently – is a must. Knowledge of any other languages is a plus. You like a healthy level of stress in your function and you are willing to work for a business in full expansion.
