The Non-Financial Risk (NFR) Brazil team is responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring, and challenging non-financial risks across the organization, including operational, technology, cybersecurity, third-party risks. We act as the second line of defense, working independently from business areas to ensure that risk is managed proactively, effectively, and in alignment with internal policies and regulatory expectations.

This position involves interacting with senior stakeholders and presenting risk assessments and key metrics in executive forums.
