About the Role

Alcoa is seeking Production Operator A to join our Eletrodes team at Alumar in São Luís, Maranhão.

Key responsibilities include:

• Organizing and cleaning the area;
• Operating the baking furnace and anode handling system;
• Checking and sampling anodes;
• Operating ECL bridge, Stark Crane;
• Sealing tops and refrigerator blocks;
• Unloading powder silos from ECL bridges;
• Inspecting anodes.

Qualifications and skills:

• High School Diploma;
• Desirable: Participation in Alumar Operator Training Program (e.g., Young Apprentice);
• Desirable: Basic knowledge of MS Office;
• Availability to work shifts.
