Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Identify stock replenishment needs by detecting shortages or insufficient stock on shelves, headers, and displays.
- Check product availability for replenishment in stock.
- Restock products on shelves, maintaining display conditions, rotation, variety, and adequate stock according to company standards.
- Inform the section supervisor of product purchase needs, suggesting articles and quantities based on company procedures.
- Assist customers in the section, greeting them cordially, helping with purchases, and informing about promotions and loyalty programs.
- Review and update price tags on products and in the section, reporting any missing or outdated prices to the section responsible.
- Assist at checkout with courteous service, explaining payment options and addressing questions about cards and store credit plans.
- Record sales on the terminal, ensuring correct registration of passwords and customer signatures during purchase.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of equipment at the POS.
- Return customer-left goods to their original sections.
- Handle opening and closing of cash registers.
Requirements and Skills
- High School Diploma completed.
- Good communication and interaction skills.
- Enjoy working with people and processes.
- Versatility and a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel).
