Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Identify stock replenishment needs by detecting shortages or insufficient stock on shelves, headers, and displays.
2. Check product availability for replenishment in stock.
3. Restock products on shelves, maintaining display conditions, rotation, variety, and adequate stock according to company standards.
4. Inform the section supervisor of product purchase needs, suggesting articles and quantities based on company procedures.
5. Assist customers in the section, greeting them cordially, helping with purchases, and informing about promotions and loyalty programs.
6. Review and update price tags on products and in the section, reporting any missing or outdated prices to the section responsible.
7. Assist at checkout with courteous service, explaining payment options and addressing questions about cards and store credit plans.
8. Record sales on the terminal, ensuring correct registration of passwords and customer signatures during purchase.
9. Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of equipment at the POS.
10. Return customer-left goods to their original sections.
11. Handle opening and closing of cash registers.
