Basic Function

Perform material separation, loading, order sorting, and operate loading and unloading lines to support production.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Check the forklift conditions and fill out the checklist with information on water, oil, chain, tires, and tower;
2. Organize and verify the work area to ensure compliance with procedures;
3. Retrieve the production order and use the forklift to transport materials from storage to designated production areas;
4. Verify the requested materials against the production order with the production leader;
5. Weigh the fractional materials as described in the production order;
6. Perform tasks according to safety, quality, and environmental standards;
7. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workspace and ensure proper tool conservation.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Forklift Operator certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience operating a Retractable Electric Forklift is desirable;
• Knowledge of computer applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
