Responsabilidades

• Follow safety standards and use of PPE provided by the company.
• Implement and update volume records in the internal SKP system.
• Manually or mechanically move boxes within the facility.
• Locate storage addresses for boxes according to SKP instructions.
• Search for and retrieve documents based on addresses.
• Complete daily activity reports following company procedures.
• Ensure all volumes and equipment are maintained in good condition.
• Report equipment irregularities.

We are looking for a Cedoc Operator!

If you enjoy physical activity, working at heights (above 2 meters), and organization, this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities

• Follow safety standards and use of PPE provided by the company, maintaining hygiene and safety protocols.
• Implement and update volume records in the internal SKP (SafeKeeper) system, including receiving, checking, and organizing volumes for storage.
• Manually or mechanically move boxes within the facility, ensuring proper handling and organization.
• Locate storage addresses for boxes according to SKP system instructions and transport them using tools like barcode scanners, carts, ladders, and shelves.
• Search for and retrieve documents based on addresses and instructions, then return them to their original locations.
• Complete daily activity reports (OPLOG forms) following company procedures for performance tracking.
• Ensure all volumes and equipment are maintained in good condition.
• Report equipment irregularities, assisting with checklists.
• Assist other departments when not engaged in primary duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Focus, agility, proactivity, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team.
