Job Duties

• Under direct supervision, perform calculations necessary for verifying fluid quality at the wellsite as required.
• Assemble and disassemble equipment on-site, preparing equipment for operations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with the services provided.
• Handle pre-mixing operations of fluid systems and manage chemical inventory at the wellsite.
• Maintain fluid quality during service delivery according to client project specifications and KPIs.
• Collect and distribute operational data as needed.
• Coordinate cleaning, repairs, and preparation of equipment for subsequent jobs.
• Apply competency processes to enhance employee skill development and performance.
• Possess exceptional skills within the service line and a general understanding of other service functions.
• Maintain knowledge of HMS and HSE standards.
• Promote safety and environmental awareness.
• Actively participate in quality and continuous improvement processes.

Qualifications

• Complete technical course in mechanics, electronics, or related fields.
• Active CFT certification.
• Over 3 years of experience operating positive displacement triplex pumps.
• Local contract available for Macaé, Brazil.
