Responsibilities and Tasks

Your challenge will be to:

  • Analyze risks and identify opportunities for improvement;
  • Coordinate with transporters and clients, informing them of any issues;
  • Support system users;
  • Audit internal processes and ensure compliance with norms;
  • Prepare reports and present results;
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects;
  • Collaborate with the compliance team on fraud prevention actions;
  • Stay updated on best practices in risk management.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Basic/intermediate knowledge of IT;
  • Good interpersonal skills, communication, and writing;
  • Knowledge of tracking technologies is a plus;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel);
  • Willingness to learn;
  • Knowledge of tracking technology is a plus.
