Qualificações

• Full proficiency in English required.
• Intermediate or above level of Portuguese required.
• Previous teaching experience is a must.
• Registered as Pessoa Jurídica (PJ) in Brazil.

Responsabilidades

• Teach one-on-one 25min English classes to adults.
• Follow the established teaching method.
• Fill out attendance and performance reports on students.

The Method

You will be trained to extract real-life content from students and help them master it, rather than relying solely on lesson materials.

Our method encourages the use of Portuguese and translations in order to allow for authentic and useful practice.

The Ideal Teacher

We are seeking English teachers who are fluent in English and have a good command of Portuguese.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach one-on-one 25min English classes to adults from basic to advanced levels
• Follow the established teaching method
• Fill out attendance and performance reports on students

Requirements

• Full proficiency in English
• Ability to teach through the main video conferencing platforms
• Registered as Pessoa Jurídica (PJ) in Brazil
• Intermediate or above level of Portuguese
• Previous teaching experience
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Quiet, interruption-free workspace
• Business knowledge is a plus
• A sociable and communicative personality

Working Schedule

Monday to Friday, in one of the following schedules :

WORK SCHEDULE A

• 7h to 10h
• 12h to 14h
• 16h to 18h30

WORK SCHEDULE B

• 9h to 11h
• 13h to 15h
• 17h to 20h30

Compensation

• Between R$3,500.00 and R$ 4,000.00 per month under a PJ contract
