We are seeking a Maintenance Officer at Instituto Almai, a healthcare organization dedicated to providing humanized treatment for neurodevelopmental disorders. The Maintenance Officer will support the execution of maintenance activities, ensuring the functionality and safety of the clinic's facilities and equipment, thereby creating a suitable environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, civil systems, and HVAC equipment as needed.
2. Carry out minor repairs on furniture, structures, and clinical/admin equipment.
3. Inspect daily for maintenance needs and safety risks.
4. Monitor and record the condition of systems and report issues.
5. Assist the maintenance supervisor with complex tasks.
6. Collaborate on larger maintenance projects.
7. Manage tools and materials responsibly.
8. Request material replacements from the supervisor.
9. Purchase minor supplies when necessary, with proper authorization.
10. Respond promptly to maintenance requests to minimize operational disruptions.
11. Prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact.

Qualifications:
