Activities

1. Monitor, operate, and maintain installations, circuits, and electrical equipment such as emergency power plants with multiple generator sets, uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems with batteries, hydraulic pumps, distribution panels, electrical controls, emergency lighting systems, static transfer switches, transfer switches between generator and grid, power transformers, and other equipment operating at high, medium, and low voltages in designated locations.
2. Perform periodic rounds to verify equipment performance, measure consumption, conduct predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance, and oversee third-party contracted specialized maintenance services.
3. Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance on machines and equipment according to the scheduled activities.
4. Perform electrical services in building wiring, such as installing outlets, circuit breakers, replacing lamps, motors, and line filters.
5. Assist in routine civil and air conditioning maintenance.
6. Assemble electrical systems and control panels.
7. Execute corrective and preventive maintenance tasks on building installations, appliances, and electrical equipment, following diagrams, schematics, instructions, and specific documentation.
8. Develop actions to keep installations in good working order and ensure safe working conditions.
9. Control and manage the patrimonial items under responsibility.
10. Supervise third-party technicians performing specialized maintenance services when required.
11. Report maintenance activities periodically via web platform.

Requirements

• Complete high school education
• Technical or vocational training in refrigeration or related fields
• Previous experience with air conditioning maintenance
• Previous experience with building maintenance

Location: Santo Amaro/SP

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 3 PM, alternating Saturdays
