Our client is seeking an Intermediate Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced office environment. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing support to various departments.



Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies;
  2. Manage agendas, travel arrangements, and appointments for upper management;
  3. Manage the daily activities with Operations and Finance;
  4. Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures;
  5. Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data;
  6. Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary;
  7. Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
Qualifications:
  1. Advanced Excel skills;
  2. Advanced English proficiency;
  3. 2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or events knowledge.
