Superbet is seeking a passionate Trader to join our Sports Trading team. The role focuses on Tennis and served sports, analyzing events, setting up offers, monitoring market trends, and managing risk across multiple competitions.

You will be responsible for adding events, observing market movements, and ensuring high-quality odds. The role requires excellent English, strong attention to detail, and willingness to work shifts and weekends in a fast-paced betting environment.

Responsabilidades

• Follow local and international Tennis tournaments and events, and other served sports.
• Analyze players, teams and tournaments with depth on Tennis.
• Monitor risk of the served sports offer and adjust odds.
• Add events in back office and set up betting offers.
• Observe market movements and provide recommendations to improve offers.
• Control prices using the trading system and monitor bet limits.
• Observe and report customer activity and incidents as needed.
• Provide feedback to improve the sports product and feeds.

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Trader to join our growing Sports Trading team at Superbet. Within Served Sports, our team covers Tennis, Table Tennis, Water Polo, Handball, and Badminton, and this role is geared primarily towards Tennis , so a strong interest in the ATP, WTA, ITF, and Grand Slam circuits is a big plus. You will play an integral role in enhancing our betting product by analyzing served sports events, setting up offers, monitoring market trends, and managing risk.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a strong passion for Tennis specifically, along with a good general understanding of served sports such as table tennis, water polo, handball, and Badminton
• Is familiar with the ATP, WTA, ITF and Grand Slam calendars, rankings and scoring formats
• Has previous experience in a Trading role - considered a bonus
• Has excellent communication skills at an Advanced English level
• Is flexible and easy to adapt
• Proves an eye for detail
• Has strong prioritisation skills with the ability to manage a high volume of tasks
• Has a passion for sports/sports betting
• Is willing to work shifts and weekends

What you’ll be doing:

• Follow local and international Tennis tournaments and events, along with Table Tennis, Water Polo, Handball and Badminton competitions
• Analyze and provide insights on players, teams and tournaments, with particular depth on Tennis
• Monitor the risk of the served sports offer
• Contribute to the development of the company’s overall sports product
• Add events in the back office using both manual and automated betting tools and set up betting offers
• Observe market movements and provide recommendations
• Control prices using a full trading system
• Monitor customers and bet limits
• Monitor and report customer activity
• Communicate performance with managers, providing strategic direction where applicable
• Follow international and local Tennis, Table Tennis, Water Polo, Handball and Badminton events and competitions
• Perform odds adding for special bets
• Follow all data changes in rules and competitions worldwide
• Follow players’ rankings and transfers, updating the internal databases
• Check and assign templates for competitions and events
• Check and assign feeds on competitions and events
• Monitor the betting ticker for any ticket delays and promptly report any potential issues to the product support team
• Resolve odds issues either independently or in consultation with senior/offer team members
• Report wrong odds imported from providers
• Evaluate the impact of wrong odds on internal offers and communicate with relevant teams to provide the best user experience
• Prepare and submit incident reports to relevant teams in the event of potential complaints to regulatory bodies generated by wrong odds
• Provide feedback and request improvements from the provider’s services
