We are creating a dedicated task force to accelerate customer acquisition and are seeking a Media Specialist to develop and implement our offline and alternative media strategies from scratch. Until now, our media efforts have been fully digital; this role will be crucial in exploring new acquisition channels, testing, analyzing, and scaling successful initiatives.

What You Will Do
  • Design and launch our offline media strategy focused on performance and customer acquisition
  • Identify and test alternative media channels to complement digital efforts
  • Collaborate with Data and Growth teams to define hypotheses, run pilots, and assess impact based on conversion metrics
  • Create dashboards and reporting routines to monitor media performance and ROI
  • Negotiate with suppliers and media partners to optimize costs and reach
  • Define operational workflows for media planning and execution
  • Develop playbooks and processes for future scaling
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in media planning and execution beyond digital channels
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data, understand funnels, and optimize performance
  • Ability to build strategies from scratch and execute them hands-on
  • Experience working with growth, performance, or marketing teams
  • Proactive attitude, eager to test, learn, and iterate quickly
Nice to Have
  • Experience in high-growth startups or businesses with a strong focus on acquisition
  • Previous ownership of customer acquisition campaigns
  • Familiarity with relevant tools and platforms
