A Michael Page Portugal está à procura de um Sales Manager (M/F) para maximizar resultados de venda no território, implementando a estratégia de vendas no terreno, com ações específicas. A função envolve parcerias com dealers, apoio a equipes de área e negociação com clientes públicos e privados.

O candidato ideal possui formação universitária, mínimo de 3 anos no mercado AOV, forte competência comercial e fluência em inglês, trabalhando sob pressão e com foco em retenção e upsell em contratos

Qualificações

• Universidade concluída ou equivalente.
• Conhecimento do mercado AOV (mínimo 3 anos).
• Forte competência comercial.
• Acostumado a trabalhar sob pressão.
• Fluente em inglês (fator de exclusão).

Responsabilidades

• Gerenciar canal de vendas indireto com concessionárias e parceiros.
• Apoio administrativo a concessionárias e CRM.
• Negociação com clientes diretos e entidades públicas; RAC (Rent A Car).
• Definir integrações ou serviços adicionais em contratos de aluguel.

Maximize sales results, implementing on the field the sales strategy and specific actions related to the territory (incentive, promotional activities and local marketing activities), ensuring a profitable partnership with dealers or other business partners and liaising with clients in order to define integrations or further services to rental contracts.

Principais responsabilidades

Long Channel

• Indirect sales channel, liaising with Motor Villages, private dealers or other business partners in order to seek final clients (private and non private);
• Administrative and operational support to dealers in CRM related issues;
• Sales support to area managers in operational activities (estimates, credits, records);

Direct Accounts & Public Admin.

• Direct negotiation of KAM with non-private clients (farming, hunting);
• Public Administration & Institutionals: direct negotiation of KAM with public entities or big clients (Poste, Telecom, ENEL);
• RAC: Rent A Car channel, negotiated with renting companies;

Customer Retention & Upselling

• Liaising with clients in order to define integrations or further services to rental contracts: Upselling: in the evolution of the rental period, through CRM platform proposal of contract integrations in order to adjust to specific client needs. Retention: in the final stage of the rental period, proposal of contracts extension or renewal.

Perfil desejado

• University Degree level or equivalent;
• Knowledge of the AOV market (3 years minimum);
• Strong commercial competence;
• Used to working under stress;
• Fluent English (exclusion factor)
