Clínica is seeking an Engineering and Customer Sample Specialist to reinforce its team in the automotive sector. Responsibilities include creating and processing engineering sample orders in SAP, and ensuring on-time fulfilment across sample shops and plants.

You will coordinate with sales, project teams, development and shops, and maintain SAP master data. Requirements include a degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, SAP knowledge, advanced Excel, and strong English; German is a plus.

Qualificações

• Degree or Master in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering is required or highly valued.
• Previous experience in a similar function and automotive industry is preferred.
• Knowledge in SAP is required.
• Advanced user in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent command of English (spoken & written) is mandatory; German is a plus.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Creation and processing of engineering sample orders in SAP.
• Monitor on time fulfilment of internal sample orders by sample shops and plants and escalations as needed.
• Coordinate and prioritise sample orders with sales, project teams, development and sample shops.
• Maintain material master data views in SAP.
• Verification of order data requests, correctness and BOM status.
• Ensure the correct and timely processing of customer sample orders in SAP.

Profile

• Degree or Master in Mechanical Engineering, industrial engineering or similar;
• Previous work experience in similar function and automotive industry is valued;
• Knowledge in SAP;
• Advanced user in Microsoft Excel;
• Good command of English language spoken & written (mandatory) and German (preferred);
• Availability to travel occasionally.
