Job summary

The Wellington at North Bend Crossing, a Sonida Senior Living community in Cincinnati, Ohio, is seeking a Nursing Aide to provide compassionate care to residents in Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care settings.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, meals, and mobility, while promoting independence and dignity. The position offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.
• Preferred knowledge and experience in nursing or senior living, home health, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living, medication, treatments and other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Escorts residents within and outside the building as needed.
• Assists with setting up, serving meals and cleaning up afterwards.
• May assist with planning and executing activities for residents on a regularly scheduled basis.
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times.
