GRAMMER AG in Nis, Germany invites a skilled NPM Buyer to join our global automotive interiors supplier. You will procure non-production materials for plants in Germany, perform regional demand analyses, and drive procurement strategy.

You will negotiate prices and terms, coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Controlling and Project teams, ensure records, support process improvements, and contribute to a worldwide supply network.

Qualificações

• Completed university studies (technical or commercial) or completed vocational training with relevant further training.

Responsabilidades

• Procure non-production materials and services for plants located in Germany.
• Execute regional demand analyses.
• Optimize and implement the procurement strategy.
• Bundle requirements within the purchasing strategy and execute regional tenders.
• Negotiate prices, delivery conditions and contract contents.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing and data.
• Handle escalations and coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Controlling, Project Team, etc.
• Contribute to revision and optimization of purchasing processes.

Your Role

As our NPM Buyer, you will:

Procure non-production materials andservices as per the company's requirements for plants located in Germany

• Execution of regional demand analyses
• Optimization and implementation of theprocurement strategy
• Bundling of requirements within thepurchasing strategy and execution of regional tenders
• Conducting negotiations on prices, deliveryconditions and contract contents
• Maintain accurate records of purchases,pricing, and other important data
• Handling escalations including thenecessary control and communication within complaint processes
• Coordination with all necessarydepartments, e.g. Operations, Maintenance, Controlling, Project Team, etc.
• Collaboration in the revision andoptimization of processes in purchasing

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Experience)

We’re looking for someone who demonstrates:

• Completed university studies (technical orcommercial) or completed vocational training as well as relevant furthertraining (e.g. as technician (m/f/d) or business economist (m/f/d))
• Experience in purchasing is beneficial
• Knowledge of supply chain and procurementprocesses
• Basic knowledge of contract drafting
• High-cost awareness and structured approach
• Intercultural competence
• English and German business fluent
• Confident handling of SAP, MS OfficePrograms is beneficial
