What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Continuously improve IVR scripting in collaboration with operations team leadership
  • Develop and maintain custom integrations to backend systems, including web services and databases
  • Administer the NICE inContact platform, managing users, skills, and other configurations
  • Design and develop workflows and custom business solutions using contact center technologies
  • Investigate complex problems and develop resolutions independently, escalating issues as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor or Master of Science in Computer Science or Software Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience with NICE inContact products
  • 5+ years of experience in contact center services administration and IVR scripting
  • Expertise in NICE inContact, including UserHub administration and inContact Studio coding
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in MS Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with Quality Management, Personal Connection, and Workforce Management (WFM)
  • Programming experience in Python, Java, or JavaScript/Node
  • NICE inContact CXOne certifications, such as NICE CXOne CIP Core Plus, CIP QM, and CIP PC
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent relationship management and conflict resolution skills
