Project

You’ll be part of a distributed product engineering team supporting a [brief description of the client’s core business or product]. The goal of the project is to [insert high-level objective or technical scope, e.g., modernize backend services, support new feature development, integrate 3rd-party APIs, etc.]. The work is highly collaborative, agile-driven, and requires clear communication and proactive ownership.

• Backend: .NET Core / .NET 6+, C#

• APIs: RESTful services, Swagger, Postman

• Databases: SQL Server, Entity Framework Core

• Cloud & DevOps: Azure (Functions, App Services, DevOps), Docker, GitHub Actions

• Testing: xUnit, NUnit, integration testing

• Optional Frontend: React / Angular (nice to have)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend services and APIs using C# and .NET Core

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Tech Leads to translate requirements into scalable services

• Ensure code quality and application performance across environments

• Participate in code reviews, peer programming, and sprint ceremonies

• Write unit/integration tests and contribute to CI/CD pipelines

• Communicate blockers, progress, and estimations clearly in English

• Stay up-to-date on .NET ecosystem best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with .NET Core or later versions

• Strong skills in C# and object-oriented programming

• Solid understanding of database design and performance tuning (SQL Server)

• Experience consuming and building REST APIs

• Version control and CI/CD experience (Git, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions)

• Intermediate to advanced English – ability to join meetings and explain technical ideas clearly

• Experience working in remote, distributed teams

Nice to Have

• Experience with microservices and cloud-native patterns (Azure preferred)

• Frontend knowledge with React or Angular

• Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint planning
