POSITION: NDT Helper

About the Role:

• The Operator carries out activities within their area of responsibility, ensuring compliance with QA/QC and HSE requirements;
• Tasks include: Perform the necessary NDT inspection (RT or AUT), following the instructions of the person directly responsible;
• Perform physical operational checks on NDT equipment;
• Perform equipment maintenance and replacement of mechanical parts, under the supervision of the person in charge.

About you:

• Technical Degree;
• Experience in the role;
• Knowledge of mechanical laws and techniques both in light and medium weight equipment;
• Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics fundamentals used to move parts in machines;
• Ability to execute activities involving mechanics for equipment;
• Knowledge of the physics principles at the basis of the conventional NDT techniques applicable on pipeline girth welds (MPI, DPI, VT, RT, and MUT).
