Position Information
Job Description
  • Manage the local marketing team, oversee the establishment and expansion of local channels, and be responsible for local sales results.
  • Conduct regular visits and maintain communication with regional customers, fostering long-term relationships and supporting channel development.
  • Align regional sales targets with company objectives, break down sales plans, and distribute them among team members to achieve business goals.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of channel sales experience in security, IT, technology, or consumer electronics industries. Team management experience is a plus.
  • Strong international business communication, negotiation skills, and market insight.
  • Ability to work under pressure with strong execution, coordination, and cooperation skills.
  • Preference for candidates with local sales experience, channel development (0-1), and e-commerce or retail expertise.
  • Language requirement: Portuguese (working language).

To support the company's strategic expansion in Brazil, an experienced National Manager is needed to lead market growth initiatives.

Mandatory Requirements
  • Only ethnic Chinese candidates will be considered.
  • Prior market sales experience in Brazil or Latin America is preferred.
  • Experience in channel establishment and team management is required. Candidates with only project experience or government procurement (To G) experience will not be considered.
  • Candidates with backgrounds in Huawei or similar companies will have priority.
