What You’ll Be Doing...

As a Named Account Executive (AE), you will be responsible for driving the sales journey. Our flagship innovation harnesses the power of real-time data to reimagine Customer 360, enabling businesses to create awe-inspiring customer interactions at scale. You will lead a group of Account Executives to drive complex, strategic transactions. Your mission will be to develop a Destination Team distinguished by its supportive and inclusive culture, operational excellence, teamwork, commitment to professional development, and consistent performance.

  1. Set and execute an aggressive customer acquisition strategy to generate strong annual growth in revenue and bookings.
  2. Set proper expectations and forecast your business accurately.
  3. Manage the overall sales process, setting appropriate metrics for sales funnel management.
  4. Hold yourself and your team accountable to quota attainment. Meet and exceed pipeline generation and sales goals.
  5. Establish trusted relationships with key corporate teams including industry marketing, product development, field and industry marketing, strategic operations, product management, and recruiting.
  6. Implement an effective operating model and ensure internal processes are followed. Drive adoption and utilization of our sales methodology and our sales and marketing systems and tools.
  7. Align and coordinate product, customer success, and services teams to deliver incredible success for our customers.
  8. Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, and products.
  9. Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding MM business. Define new processes and programs to increase overall productivity and results.

Who You Are...

  1. 10+ years of experience as an Account Executive / Sales Manager with leadership experience.
  2. Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals.
  3. Proven track record of building satisfied, loyal, and referenceable customers.
  4. Proven success working within a highly matrixed organization.
  5. Experience leading comprehensive pipeline generation strategy and execution.
  6. Strong operational and analytical abilities.
  7. Sales experience and revenue achievement selling complex software offerings primarily at the C-level.
  8. Strong track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining a high-performing sales organization.
