Responsibilities

• Transport boxes using available means (carts or manually) to storage locations, archives, or research areas, handling them as needed or requested.
• Locate document boxes according to the SKP system. After research tasks, return these volumes to their initial location.
• Fill out daily activity reports (OPLOG form) according to IMB templates and procedures for evaluation and department control.
• Ensure all volumes and supports are preserved in their initial conservation conditions.
• Follow safety standards and procedures, including the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) provided by the company and work hygiene standards for your area.
• Assist other departments when not engaged in your direct responsibilities.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
