As part of our expansion in Portugal, we are looking for a dedicated **Hebrew-Speaking Customer Support Specialist** to join our team in Lisbon or Porto. We offer **relocation assistance** and support with obtaining a **Job Seeker Visa** for qualified candidates not currently residing in Portugal.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide top-tier customer support to Hebrew-speaking clients via email, chat, and phone.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service delivery.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to help refine our processes and offerings.

**Requirements:**
- Fluent in **Hebrew** (both written and spoken) and proficient in **English**.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
