MOTION DESIGNER
We are currently hiring a Motion Graphics Designer who will work closely with the product team and other key stakeholders to brainstorm and create high quality animation content for our products such as the virtual lobby, real-time features and apps.

Responsibilities:

1. Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for marketing campaigns, social media, and product showcases.
2. Develop animations that effectively demonstrate product features and workflows.
3. Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to conceptualize and execute visually compelling videos specific to clients' needs.
4. Ensure all animations align with InEvent’s brand guidelines and meet platform-specific requirements.
5. Edit and optimize video content for various digital platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience.
6. Stay updated on design trends and animation techniques to continuously enhance content quality.
7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 3+ years in motion graphics design or related field, with a focus on UI animation for product demos.
2. Skills: Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Experience with Figma and UI animation tools is a plus.
3. Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, UI animations, and product demo videos.
4. Creativity: Ability to conceptualize engaging visual content that highlights product functionality.
5. Attention to Detail: Strong focus on precision and maintaining a cohesive brand aesthetic.
6. Communication: Excellent collaboration skills and responsiveness to feedback.
7. Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.

CONTRACT
This is a Permanent, Full-time position (40h per week), on an Independent Contractor status.
