Position Characteristics

• Our hiring model is as a contractor (PJ).
• We work 100% in-person in Belo Horizonte.
• Advanced/fluent English.
• Immediate availability.

Requirements

• Proven experience in motion graphics design with an exceptional portfolio showcasing previous 2D motion graphics work and video editing.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software.
• Keen attention to detail and a passion for creating visually captivating designs that leave a lasting impact on viewers.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective collaboration with a multifunctional international team.
• Track record of producing video content for social media and advertising purposes, demonstrating the ability to engage and resonate with the target audience.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, enabling the discovery of innovative ways to overcome challenges and deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with our design and development teams to understand project requirements and design objectives.
• Work together in developing video scripts that effectively communicate our company's message and meet project objectives.
• Utilize your expertise in motion graphics to create visually appealing and engaging designs that align with our brand's design language.
• Seamlessly integrate 2D motion graphics with video footage to produce compelling and professional videos.
• Conduct thorough research to find live-action footage, graphic elements, and online music that enhance our video content, ensuring it resonates with our target audience.
• Demonstrate a proactive and creative approach to solving various challenges that may arise during the video editing and motion graphics process.
• Optimize motion graphics for seamless performance on web and mobile platforms, generating multiple versions of each video to ensure smooth playback on various devices and media channels.
• Deliver high-quality videos and motion graphics that meet project deadlines and objectives while maintaining the highest level of creativity and professionalism.
