Mobile Software Architect (Android or iOS), Remote Brazil

Luxoft only operates under CLT contracts.

Our Client is one of the largest TV providers in North America and we are searching for a Software Architect to join our team. The project focuses on developing a mobile application for a video streaming platform.

Responsibilities

You will be working on the streaming video client architecture:

1. Drive best practices for code quality and performance across application platforms.
2. Create and maintain estimation frameworks across client platforms.
3. Lead technical evaluations for Product "what if" scenarios.
4. Lead/develop POCs to vet out new technologies and/or feature ideas.

Skills

Must have:

1. Excellent collaboration and leadership skills.
2. Ability to do big picture thinking through the lens of the customer while still understanding the technical details.
3. Excellent at React Native mobile app development as well as at least one of the following: Java/Kotlin or Obj-C/Swift.

Nice to have:

1. Streaming mobile app architecture experience with iOS/Android and TV Platforms is a plus.
