About The Role

Seeking a passionate Mobile QA Automation Engineer to ensure high-quality, reliable software. You will develop test plans, create detailed test cases, and generate reports and metrics to facilitate continuous improvement. You will own the quality of key deliverables and collaborate across teams to drive success.

What You'll Be Doing

• Create detailed test plans, cases, and reports
• Implement mobile automated tests for Android & iOS using Appium (WebdriverIO, NodeJS) or similar frameworks like XCUITest or Detox
• Perform manual and automated testing to ensure quality
• Identify, document, and track bugs thoroughly
• Champion a culture of quality organization-wide
• Monitor QA metrics and seek improvement opportunities

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years in mobile automation testing (e.g., WebDriver/Selenium/Cypress)
• 3+ years reviewing requirements, creating test plans, testing mobile apps
• 2+ years experience with Appium
• Strong coding standards and development practices
• Problem-solving, analytical, troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes
• Experience testing API products is a plus
• Software development experience is a plus

Compensation: Base pay $40,000 - $60,000 + equity and benefits. Actual compensation depends on location, experience, and interview performance.
